CodeCamp 2019 is a 3-day event starting from 9 of Poush till 11 at Paschimanchal Campus as a pre-event for Vector Technical Festival. Anyone from around Nepal having a passion for the program can participate. The participants have to create a group of two to three and submit their applications on any of the three themes detailing their idea of how it can be implemented and their vision in great detail. A team will then select a limited number of best ideas for all themes from a bunch of factors including but not limited to feasibility, the effectiveness of the idea, originality and so on. The selected participants can then take part in the 3-day program to create working prototypes. The participants will have to pay a minimal participation fee.

The teams will then work on their ideas and code to prepare a working prototype in three days. The teams will continuously work on their projects from morning to night for the 3 days. Mentors will be present during this whole time from various fields who give participants advice and guidance about programming and development. On the last day their working prototype has to be presented to a panel of judges who on the basis of various criteria will determine the best of the best which will then be presented with various prizes. All participants will be provided with good internet access, food, and lodging (for participants outside the city) for the duration of the event. They will also be provided with merchandise items such as T-shirts, stickers, etc.
